Returns, Cancellations & Refund Policy

At WITHHEAVENONTOUR, we ensure a reliable shopping experience. Read our policies on cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds before ordering.

  1. Order Cancellations

  • Allowed prior to shipment.

  • Requests must be made within 12 hours of payment.

  • Processing/shipping prevents cancellation.

  • Fee: 6.9% + $1.

  1. Return Policy

  • 30-day return from purchase or 14 days from delivery.

  • Must be unused, in original condition, with all components.

  • Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective, wrong, or damaged.

  • Contact service@withheavenontour.shop before returning items.

  1. Refunds

  • Valid for damaged, defective, incorrect items, or delayed delivery.

  • Documentation required.

  • Buyer’s remorse: shipping cost on customer.

  • Refunds processed after inspection.

  1. Exchanges

  • Carrier error: replacement sent free.

  • Customer error: replacement cost paid by customer.

  1. Exceptions
    No refunds/returns for:

  • Customer-related shipping issues.

  • Items in transit.

  • Pre-order/custom items (unless defective).

  • Unauthorized returns.

  • Lost/stolen deliveries.

  • Customs or force majeure events.

  1. Undeliverable Items
    We will attempt to contact via email.
    No liability for returned/destroyed packages due to wrong contact information.

  2. International Orders
    Customs or import fees may apply. Returns due to customs charges are not generally accepted.
